 Preperation is key


Planning is the foundation of any sport and running is no exception, without a proper schedule, you will reduce the chance of achieving your chosen goal whilst at the same time , increase the chance of injury due to inadequate preparation.

To help with you along we have devised five programs to guide you gradually to your chosen goal. Each program comes with a set of notes to explain the terms used and advice for each specific type of race.

Please Note, with the exception of the beginners plan, all of the other plans are aimed at experienced runners and therefore should not be attempted by anyone new to running.
